Who I Am as an Athlete
I’m a competitive triathlete chasing the highest level of the sport, with the long-term goal of becoming an Ironman World Champion. Every decision I make in training and racing is built around that standard.
My background is rooted in high-level endurance sport, where I’ve developed across all three disciplines with a strong emphasis on run performance through a Division 1 track system. At the same time, I train under Ironman World Champion Julie Dibbens, alongside Olympian's Morgan Pearson and Taylor Knibb allowing me to witness first hand how professional level endurance athletes opperate.

My results are a reflection of a long-term approach: consistent progression, attention to detail, and a commitment to improving every aspect of performance.
Triathlon Experience
I’ve trained and raced within structured, high-performance environments, learning what it takes to compete at a high level. That includes balancing volume, intensity, and recovery while continuing to improve across all three disciplines.
What separates my approach is that I’m still actively pursuing peak performance. I’m not coaching from the sidelines. I’m applying these principles in real time, refining what works, and bringing that directly into the athletes I coach.
