Practice your transitions.  On the day off or light day you have before your race, practice your transitions.  This is probably the easiest way you will be able to shave 30-60 seconds off your total time on race day.  Get those sunglasses on faster, shoes on smoother, helmet fastened better, climb on the bike safer and quicker, etc...
